Work as a team

Invite your developers and designers into your MailPush account. Each person logs in with their own address, and their role decides what they can see and change.

Prerequisites

Section titled “Prerequisites”
  • To invite, the role Propriétaire (owner) or Administrateur (administrator) in the account.
  • The address of each person you invite. They create their MailPush login from the invitation if they have none.

1. Choose a role

Role What it allows
Propriétaire (owner) Everything. Every account has one, created with the account.
Administrateur (administrator) Everything, including inviting and removing members, except changing the owner.
Développeur (developer) Domains, API keys, webhooks, sent emails and templates. Not the team.
Designer Templates only: create, edit, publish, and send tests to the members of the account. No API keys, no sent emails.
Lecture seule (read only) Sees everything, changes nothing, and never sees webhook signing secrets.

2. Send the invitation

In the dashboard, open Équipe (team), enter the address, pick the role and click Envoyer l’invitation (send the invitation). The person receives an email with a link. The invitation is valid for 7 days, and sending it again to the same address replaces it.

An account has 25 members and 20 pending invitations at most, and sends 30 invitations a day at most.

3. Accept the invitation

The invited person opens the link in the email. Without a MailPush login, they create one with the invited address and confirm it, then come back to the invitation. They click Rejoindre (join) to enter the account.

The invitation only works for the address it was sent to.

4. Switch between accounts

A person keeps their own account when they join another one. When they belong to several, the top bar of the dashboard shows Compte (account) with the list to switch. After a new login, the dashboard opens the account they joined last.

5. Change a role or remove a member

Section titled “5. Change a role or remove a member”

On Équipe, the owner and the administrators change a member’s role or remove them. A removed member loses access at once, even with a session still open. Any member except the owner can leave an account from the same page.
